Once you hit respond, find the insert image button.
Then click the tab for using a URL.
Paste the URL into the blank
Uncheck the box below that or you get two images.
Then click OK.

Oh boy, I am really in trouble. I can't find the respond button/prompt. If you meant reply I don't see a tab for using the URL in the drop down.

I wish. But no.

I tried to buy one about 12 years ago but it was cost prohibitive. I ended up buying one of my favorite big convertibles. It is a red 1974 Cadillac Eldorado. It looks exactly like this:

I get about 15 miles to the gallon. I have put on about 12,000 miles since I bought it.
