and my consultative surgery appointment isn't until Feb 2....not what I was hoping for, my perfect "mountain inside a crater" belly button is going to be ruined

For what it's worth, I'm doing some stomach exercises that seem to be helping, this is also going to drive some significant weight loss for me

I had hernia and gall stone surgery the same day in 09. It isn't fun, but there are worse things.
