There have been several articles on Ruth Bader Ginsburg recently, eg http://www.politico.com/story/2014/1...357.html?ml=tb. She has no plans to step down, despite recent heart surgery.
It begs the question, who will be the next vacancy and which way will it tilt the Court? If Bader must step down, the Court would almost certainly move right. If it is Scalia, the opposite is true.
Thoughts? Likely candidates for nomination?
