    Today - 209.5

    Very excited to see that notch under 210 after punching at 212 last week. I felt sick all week and couldn't eat much of anything, but feeling better now, and get back to work tomorrow. Should be a great summer, hoping to get under 190 for the first time in a few years.
    Larry David was once being heckled, long before any success. Heckler says "I'm taking my dog over to fuck your mother, weekly." Larry responds "I hate to tell you this, but your dog isn't liking it."

        Not happy with how this ended, but this winter has been tough. Glad I had a good final week losing 3.6 for the week.

        Let's All-Star Game is in July. I think I will try to get to 240 by then. I'd be very happy with another 20 lbs. in 10-12 weeks.

        i have epiphanies like that all the time. for example i was watching a basketball game today and realized pom poms are like a pair of tits. there's 2 of them. they're round. they shake. women play with them. thus instead of having two, cheerleaders have four boobs.

          My goal was 210...I made that but 190 max by the all-star break.
